今回は単語単位でのパラフレーズではなく、文→単語への言い換え（要約）の組み合わせパターンです。
設問では「男性の職業」と聞いているのに対して、まず最初に「女性」がヒントを言う、というのがポイント。
男性の職業は？と聞かれるとどうしても男性がヒントを言う、と待ち構えてしまいがちですよね。
TOEIC の Part 3, 4 では
いかに早い段階でヒントに気付けるか
が鍵を握ります。
このあとで男性は実際に、「ありがたいんですが、〜までは〜があるので・・・」
